When working with multiple collaborators on the same project, it becomes essential to have user roles defined. This ensures that the right collaborators have access to the right functionalities.
Accessing User Roles
- Open the project that you want to edit
- Click on the settings icon on the left hand side to open the project settings
- Click on the
Userstab on the left navigation.
Types of User Roles
|Administrator||Has access to the
|Content Editor||Has access to only the
|API Consumer||Has access to only the
Setting User Roles
- Open the Users page
- You can invite a new user by clicking on the + Invite User button on the top left.
- You can set the user role either when inviting the user or from the list.
