When working with multiple collaborators on the same project, it becomes essential to have user roles defined. This ensures that the right collaborators have access to the right functionalities.
Accessing User Roles
- Open the project that you want to edit
- Click on the settings icon on the left hand side to open the project settings
- Click on the
Users
tab on the left navigation.
Types of User Roles
Type | Description |
---|---|
Administrator | Has access to the Graph , CMS , API Docs & Project Settings |
Content Editor | Has access to only the CMS |
API Consumer | Has access to only the API Docs |
Setting User Roles
- Open the Users page
- You can invite a new user by clicking on the + Invite User button on the top left.
- You can set the user role either when inviting the user or from the list.
